When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email, phone number, the property address, a description of the work and any photos you send.
We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, send job photos and invoices, and keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not sell or rent your information.
We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, or when required by law.
We may use photos of completed work in our portfolio or on social media. These photos do not include personal details about you or your tenants.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, including tax and business record requirements.
